About Colorado Head Start Association
The Colorado Head Start Association (CHSA) supports the work of Head Start programs and their partners with information sharing and advocacy within the context of the early childhood system in Colorado. CHSA is governed by a board of directors consisting of its membership. An executive committee elected by the membership is tasked with providing the Association with administration, guidence and leadership.

Resource and Partnership Development
CHSA will enhance and expand partnerships and resources to ensure high quality comprehensive early childhood systems and services for children and families.
CHSA will pro-actively advocate for policies, systems and services that promote positive outcomes for Head Start children and families.
CHSA will develop and maintain organizational infrastructure to accomplish the work of the association.
Training and Professional Development
CHSA will provide opportunities for personal and professional development for members of the early childhood community.
